- Katie T Pie - Herb, Olive oil and whipped Burrata crust, roasted garlic chicken and sweet red onion. Shaved Parmesan, Prosciutto and Fuji apple finished
- Burnt Ends - Apple Butter & Molasses Missouri Angus Burnt Ends

- Corn-dusted Fried green tomatoes, Burrata, Balsamic glaze, and flash-fried basil

- Corn husk tea braised Wagyu Beef Short Rib, Black Pepper Demi served with an asiago bacon mashed potato
