Q. Does Cassidy Station only accommodate intimate weddings of 50 people or less?

A. Yes, Cassidy Station's venue are perfect for small weddings of 50 people or less!

Q. Is there a minimum amount of time you have to rent the space for weddings?

A. Our minimum for a space rental for weddings is 4 hours, but feel free to rent for longer. Your set up and tear down must be completed within your rental time.

Q. How many people do your event spaces accommodate?

A. The Haybarn can accommodate 50 guests for a ceremony and 50 guests for a reception set up. The Lower Barn can accommodate 50 guests for a ceremony and 50 guests for a reception set up. The Patio can accommodate 50 guests for a reception set up.

Q. Do you have a bar service available to use?

A. Yes! Cassidy Station provides liquor packages that you may utilize for your event. However, we do not allow outside alcohol services to be used. If you have alcohol at your wedding, we do require you to get event insurance for your day. Ask us about this if you have more questions!

Q. Do you provide linens and decor?

A. We do not provide linens or decor. We have several great vendors we highly recommend for rental items listed in our Recommended Vendors PDF! 

Q. What size tables will I need to rent tablecloths for?

A. We have 5 ft round tables for your guests to sit at and 6 ft rectangle tables for food, beverages, and gifts.

Q. Can I work with Cassidy Flower Co. to add florals to my event?

A. Yes! Cassidy Flower Co. would love to assist you in adding centerpieces, mantle installations, bud vases and more to your special event. When you book the venue, you get 20% off your flowers. Please email floral@cassidystation.com for more information.

Q. What are we required to clean after our event?

A. We request that you take out all trash to the dumpster located off our Depot building. You are also responsible for sweeping any noticeable mess on the floor or cleaning noticeable mess on the tables. 

Q. Are we able to bring in our own food?

A. Yes. Feel free to bring in the food/caterer of your choice! We don't offer a catering service, but we have some excellent caterers we recommend in our Recommended Vendors PDF.

Q. What am I responsible to set up?

A. Cassidy Station staff will set up all tables and chairs in a layout we discuss with you prior to your event. If your set up will need to be flipped between ceremony and reception, Cassidy Station staff is able to do that for an additional fee. (You are also welcome to do this yourselves!) Beyond that, you are able to decorate and set up whatever you'd like! 

Q. Do you have ample parking available?

A. Yes, we have a back parking lot behind the venue for parking.

Q. What event spaces are included for an intimate wedding (50 people or less)?

A. The Haybarn and The Patio are included in your rental time. You are welcome to add on The Airbnb for getting ready and/or The Gathering Barn for additional fees.

Q. Are there any additional fees to be aware of?

A. Yes, we have an Overages and Damages Deposit that we charge but will be returned to you within 72 hours of your event provided you haven’t went over time exorbitantly and the space isn’t damaged.
