How It Works

Your first subscription fulfillment is billed upon purchase, followed by automatic billing for each subsequent period based on your chosen frequency (for instance, if your first purchase is on the 24th and you choose to receive your subscription monthly, you'll be billed on the 24th of each month).

Orders are fulfilled on payment dates unless otherwise specified. If you are ordering for things such as anniversaries or birthdays we are more than happy to change the date of delivery. If an order falls on a day we are closed, we'll deliver on the next business day. Our regular hours are Monday through Friday, 10 am to 6 pm, with deliveries from 12 pm to 4 pm.
