June 19th | Mixology Workshop

Join us at Cassidy Station for an immersive Mixology Workshop in partnership with local distillery, Gentry Spirits.

June 19th | 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM | The Depot Building | 5176 N Fremont Rd, Nixa, MO 65714

The workshop will begin with the story behind Gentry Spirits before diving into an exploration of the three gins featured in the evening’s cocktails. Guests will sample each gin while learning about their ingredients, distillation process, and tasting notes. 

The first cocktail, the Blackberry Charm, offers a light and refreshing experience with a delicate herbal and fruity balance. Next, the Garden Lotus introduces a deeper flavor profile with earthy, smoky, and citrusy elements. The final cocktail, Lavish Bloom, is floral, airy, and elegant—closing the trio on a fragrant high note.

This workshop will be led by Maria Phillips, who began her journey with Gentry Spirits in 2024. Throughout the session, Maria will share insights on how and why these flavors work so harmoniously together. Guests will enjoy a beautiful charcuterie spread during the evening and leave with complimentary handcrafted flower wraps.
