Join us for Pilates at the Farm on October 8th at 7:00 PM, led by Dr. Ali Schermer and Macy Mathew. Ali is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, an APTA Academy of Pelvic Health-trained pelvic floor physical therapist, and owner of The 417 Female! Macy is an Occupational Therapist turned medical sales exec who has a passion for movement and wellness and is excited to share that with our community! This beginner-friendly pilates class is designed for all abilities. Bring your own mat and water, and immerse yourself in this fun evening experience.
