With the San Joaquin Valley producing nearly 60% of the country’s peaches, we’re lucky to be surrounded by incredible fruit here in California. Our favorite? Yellow freestone peaches—easy to work with, naturally sweet, and perfect for small batch preserves like this one.
This jam combines the lush, sun-ripened flavor of fresh yellow freestone peaches with a generous pour of bourbon for depth and warmth. The result is rich, jammy, and just boozy enough to make it interesting.
Great as a glaze for grilled chicken, pork, or beef—but just as good on ice cream, biscuits, or stirred into your next cocktail.
We make it with hand-selected peaches, pure cane sugar, bourbon, and a bit of citrus pectin to help it all come together. It’s smooth, bold, and unmistakably summer in a jar.
