Strawberry Champagne Jam

Here in the Bay Area, strawberry season kicks off in early May and keeps going strong—filling farmers markets and street corners with sun-ripened, juicy goodness well into winter. This sparkling flavor combo came by way of a request at one of our local craft fairs from a fan who remembered it fondly from her time in England. One test batch later, we were sold. Our Strawberry Champagne Jam blends fresh California strawberries with extra dry champagne for a jam that’s bright, elegant, and just the right amount of celebratory.
